An index does not care which launchpad your coin came from. Today that is Stonks Exchange; a second one is a registry entry, not a new contract and not a new page.
Whichever you pick, the part of the fee that arrives as your own coin is always burned. A treasury has no use for it, and holding it would make your launch a holder of itself.
